« It's one thing to try and reduce stress, but for me that can only work by conducting a full internal analysis of the risk zones involved and possible improvements to be made (...). I wanted this analysis to be guided but to be conducted jointly by all company players rather than by an external expert. I managed to mobilise all players to this end and we are now motivated to rapidly produce an action plan; I'm happy with the process used... »
